Labor pains can easily be manageable through meditation and many women who gave birth attested to this fact. I for one, use this,it was a breathing technique taught to me by friend and I followed it and applied when I gave birth. Other yoga and meditation practitioners says that it helps a lot to attend classes so that it will help you with the proper and more precise way of meditation so that when you are going to give birth, you will feel at ease and have confidence.

You can also perform meditation technique on your own and all you need to do is practice it until you get the drift of it. All women are designed to give birth, -- and their strength and endurance for pain is remarkable but then seeing them during labor want us to help them and on one way this hubs purpose is to share the beauty of meditation to ease labor pains.

  • Find a place to sit down and try to close your eyes to relax. Be comfortable.

  • it might help if you can use some aromatherapy like a lavender or jasmine or a potpourris of your favorite scent or smell and close your eyes gently
