Excellent advice! Very real and down to earth. Many people promise a lot and deliver poor advice, but you've done a great job explaining the processes (and benefits) of meditation here! It really does take a "zen of mind" to focus (without focus) on meditating. I still have yet to master it...

Thanks for this insightful hub,

Great hub! Breathing techniques really helped me when I was in labor. If not for them, I don't know how I would have managed.

This hub really presents this topic in a way that sounds realistic and achievable. I had such a long, intense labor with my first daughter that I decided to go straight for the epidural during my second two births.

I'm I'm brave enough to go for #4, a hub like this actually makes me pause and think, "I could do that!"

Thanks for the hub. :-)
