How to get rid of your boils MRSA and ingrown hairs once and for all (for cheap!)
I was miserable with my body, and it was miserable with me...
I always had ingrown hairs, sores, boils...anything red and painful was somehow experienced by my skin. I was self conscious, and in pain. Sometimes I had to be careful how I sat, or how I placed my legs. I would get these things only in the most inconvenient places. My leg creases, back of my thighs, even my armpits! Anywhere that it would hurt extra was generally where they would be.
After a few years of doing research and basically using myself to figure out what was going to make all this pain and embarrassment (not to mention scars) go away, I found a combination of things that keep my skin clear!
I am not a doctor. I urge you to speak with your doctor before trying anything you read online or hear via word of mouth. These are simply the steps that have worked for me, and my friends, so I thought I would share. I am not responsible if this doesn't work for you, or ends up with negative results.
I started with about 100 different ideas/products/remedies that I wanted to try. After a year I found a mixture that was perfect for me. I had a few friends who have the same problems and MRSA, so I offered my advice.
These steps have helped everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE who has tried them, and stuck with them. I can only hope they will help you too.
You will need-
- a large bag of epsom salts
- a bottle of dial antibacterial body liquid soap (or the off brand version)
- a bottle of tumeric in capsule vitamin form
- a bottle of tea tree oil
- one tube of neosporin (cannot be triple antibiotic ointment)
- baby wipes (offbrand big container is about $2 and lasts me a month)
Place all these items in a basket or a box in your bathroom. You will want to use the antibacterial body was on a DAILY basis. Every day. You can mix it with another kind of body wash if you prefer but I love the smell, you might too.
By using the antibacterial soap every day you are reducing the bacteria on your skin. If you are a carrier of MRSA it can stop your flare ups from occurring on a common basis.
When you start to flare up, make a very hot bath with the epsom salts and dial soap. Soak as long as the water remains hot. Air dry completely. Then, using a paper towel or baby wipe, apply 50/50 tea tree oil/water solution to your affected areas. Once again allow to air dry. While you are drying, take one of the tumeric capsules. They are not recommended for every day use, and not recommended for everyone. If you CAN use them (speak with your doctor first) only use them during your flare ups so they remain effective.
Once you are dry, wipe neosporin on the affected areas before applying clothing. It will help eliminate all the bacteria inside and will cause the swelling and pain to reduce dramatically.
It normally takes 2 to 3 days for everything to disappear completely. But, with each passing week you will flare less and less often, and when you do it will take much less time to heal.
A tip on reducing the appearance of scarring:
Crack open a vitamin E capsule and rub on your scars after your shower every day. This also works on stretch marks, moles, freckles...the trick is to KEEP with it. You will see results!
