How to improve your male sex drive,sexual stamina and strength

If you have a low sex drive or "libido" then it can cause embarrassment, frustration and it can also cause the failure of relationships. Moreover it will make you depressed. May be you suffer from a diminished sex drive due to age, health conditions or other reasons. Sometimes, males are unable to identify any plausible cause of low sex drive or "libido". On the other hand many men simply enjoy sex and always wants to maximize the satisfaction of their partner and themselves. Studies have shown that regular sleep in excess of 6 hours per night increases your physical strength,heighten good moods, and as a result should lift your sex drive. In extreme cases symptoms of distress and anxiety can lead to both insomnia and a decreased sex drive. Many antidepressants and sleep supplement can sometimes cause erectile dysfunction or a loss of libido. Reduce caffeine intake, strive to fall asleep naturally and sleep soundly for at least 6 hours each night,not more than 9 to 10 hours.

Recognize sexual energy.  Sexual energy is simply that "animal instinct" of our physical emotions- lust, obsession, attraction, and passion. Recognize when these emotions and physical attractions rises within the body and it will begin the process of controlling and re-directing it.Become one with the physical body. Learning to recognize the physicality of the human body is an important component of sexual energy. Practicing yoga or doing another strenuous solitary exercise, like walking, swimming, and jogging,playing any kind of sports is a great way to get in touch with the body while it is at work and take deep breaths to nourish the body.

An absolute mental attitude and reduced stress are also needed in order to maintain a strong sex drive and libido. Stress or the fear of not performing in bed may be creating the problem in the first place. Relax and trust yourself and your body will respond. You may want to set the stage for sex well beyond the act itself- relax, laugh, do something that makes you comfortable. Avoid over doing it with alcohol- something that may relax you in moderation or cause problems if done in excess. Drugs and alcohol abuse are main causes of diminishing sex drive. Eat a healthy diet and maintain a solid exercise routine. Being overweight is a risk factor for erectile dysfunction and low testosterone. By eating well and exercising you can in increase testosterone and thus an increase in sexual drive and male libido. Saturated fat can lead to blocking of the arteries which in turn can impede blood flow to the genital region. This not only interferes with your ability to perform, but also with sexual pleasure. If you feel good and feel confident your may feel more sexual and attractive to your partner.

Spend time each day in self-contemplation and that will help in creating strength with which to divert and increase sexual energy. Daily periods of meditation on worries and emotions will help release negative emotions and blockers that may be preventing energy from reaching its full potential. Funnel sexual energy into creative inspiration. Creating a connection between love, compassion,and sensuality will help increasing sexual energy into serving as a new creative outlet, creating inspiration, motivation, and increasing efficiency. Instead of completely focusing on the physical sexual need that comes with this type of energy.

Those things will certainly help you to improve your male sex drive,sexual stamina and strength.
