How to lose 25 pounds in 1 month

Fast weight loss is risky and easily gained back if not done right. It is very possible to lose 25 pounds in 1 month so long as you are more than 25 pounds overweight and have the "okay" from your doctor. Do not start any diet or exercise program without first consulting with your physician.

Please read below for all the steps on how to lose 25 pounds in 1 month.

Step 1: Only drink zero calorie drinks like water and diet soda. Water is preferred because it is healthier and will make it easier to lose 25 pounds in 1 month.

Step 2: East 3 meals a day. For breakfast, eat a low fat serving of meat like turkey bacon and a raw vegetable like cauliflower. For lunch, have a bowl of low calorie, low fat soup. Only 1 serving, so not the whole can. For dinner, have a low fat serving of meat and one serving of vegetables.  Only eat negative calorie foods for snacks. You can also look up custom online diet programs to follow which may help with variety and keeping the weight off longer.

Step 3: Do 3 days of strength training exercises for 30 minutes each day and 3 days of cardio exercises for 30 minutes each day.  Designate one day for rest a week.

Step 4: Weigh yourself at the same time every week. Weighing yourself everyday can make you lose motivation and hinder your goal of losing 25 pounds in 1 month. You will see results so long as you limit your weigh-in to once a week.

Step 5: Keep a journal of your progress and how you feel each day.  You can keep a private journal or an online blog. This will help you stay motivated and keep you on track.
