Ironmaster Quick-Lock Kettlebell 57.5 Pound Kit

Adjustable cast iron kettlebells from Ironmaster

Ironmaster is like the big secret among home gym builders. They make the best adjustable dumbbells (by far), they make a bench called the Super Bench that is as good or better than the ones you'll find at the gym, and now they make a adjustable kettlebell that is compatible with the weights and quick-lock screw system used in their dumbbells. The cast iron kettlebell can be adjusted up to 57.5 pounds using the weights that it comes with, but with the addition of the weights and special screw included in the 120 lb add-on for Ironmaster dumbbells they can actually go up to 80 pounds.

I've found that most kettlebells on the market are in the 10 to 30 pound range. This might be good for starting out or for small women, but a robust man needs a bigger kettlebell. The Ironmaster kettlebell handle can go to 57.5 pounds, which is enough for most people. If you're a bit more intense with your weight training, doing a kettlebell workout with 80 pounds is going to be both grueling and exhilarating.

The best thing about these kettlebells is that they're adjustable. They do cost a lot, but if you were to buy each of the weights of kettlebells that you need separately it would cost a lot more and take up more space in your home gym.

I don't know about you, but I'm all about trying to be as efficient as possible with the space my gym takes up in my garage. I've got my dumbbells with the 120 lb add-on, which have more weight than I'll ever need for curls but also have enough weight that I can use them for dumbbell bench presses. I've got my Super Bench with attachments for crunches, chin ups, a preacher curl pad, a dip handle and a few other things. And finally I've got two Ironmaster kettlebell handles. Everything in my home gym is either for bodyweight exercises or uses Ironmaster weights, which makes it really easy when switching from one exercise to another.
