Juice Fasting

So it's been 5 days since I started my juice fast and it's been the greatest five days ever!
My juice fast includes carrot/orange organic mix, pomegranate/ blueberry organic juice, and a green blend of veges and fruit juice. You can buy these in any organic aisle. I would mix these with water and then put them in a container. I would drink these throughout my day.


Morning:

I would start the morning with not only juice but I would have organic oatmeal with honey, flax seeds (grounded), and berries. This gives me a boost and some energy throughout the day. I would also make myself a smoothie or use raw veges to make a juice blend. ( I wrote about some juices that I make in my other blogs).

Then I would drink my three juices, stated above, throughout the day. I would also eat raw veges and fruit with my juices.

Lunch:

During lunch I would make myself a fruit bowl: bananas, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries and I would have my green juice.

Dinner:

When dinner time would roll around, I would eat a mix green salad with nuts, diff. veges, and flax seeds. I would also drink my blueberry and pomegranate juice with the meal.
Between each meal I would drink my juices and eat little snacks. These snacks would include: raisins, nuts, cheese, etc...

I really believe that this fast cleansed my body. I feel healthier and better about myself. It cleared up my skin and I have really seen an improvement in my hair and nails.
My digestive system is praising me right now. Since I've been on this fast it's been easy on my stomach and digestive system.
