This means your body doesn't need to waste any energy on digesting it first and gives your body a boost almost immediately.

1# Red Ruby Juicer Recipe

This low calorie juicer recipe is a great way to start your day. You can even switch your morning coffee for the Ruby Red. It is a far better pick me up than any amount of caffeine could ever dream to be.

Beetroot has some pretty impressive health benefits. They are good for speeding up your metabolism. So great when you need to lose those extra pounds around your mid-section. They also boost endurance, lower blood pressure, and slow the progression of dementia. Beetroot gets its deep red color from a chemical called Betalain which is known for fighting cancer cells.

This blend of greeny goodness is perfect for a mid morning energizer. Kale is leaps and bounds ahead of any other green when it comes to nutrients and is also great for weight loss. Cucumber is 90% water and is perfect for diluting Kale and other stronger greens. And since kale sometimes has a bitter taste, the apple adds a nice subtle sweetness to the juice.
