The Beautiful Korean Girls Slim Body Secret - Learn to Watch your Weight from them

The Beauty Secret of Korean Girls

When I were in USA few years before, to complete a job assigned from my former company (oh yes, I worked once upon a time), I got a Korean girl as my friend in the office. She was so thin, with a perfect structure and had a nick name as "Slim Beauty", popularly used among our colleagues. Generally we get an image that young girls starve to show themselves as zero size figures. But my friend was healthy, and not anemic like other thin girls whom I met. She used to be so active and that surprised me a lot. Another thing that attracted me was her clear skin.

Glowing Korean Girl

One day, while chatting during the lunch hours, she told me about her family and I was shocked to hear that she was a mother of two kids. She was nearly 13 years older than me. To say frankly, she looked younger than me and I looked aged, when compared to her physic and glowing skin. My mouth went wide open, without my knowledge and control.

I asked her keenly, how she was able to manage. So she added that, not only her, but most of the Korean girls used to be slim and tall. I couldn't resist myself from asking the question "What is the secret?". Her answer was, "Food and general practices". Those were the main reasons that kept them slim and healthy.

So here is a quick note on what she shared with me.

Food and Diet

The first credit for their health, according to Koreans goes to Fish. Fish is the main food item of Koreans. They cannot live without eating fish. Fish is known for its Omega-3 fatty acid, which helps to reduce their cholesterol level and gives them all nutrients, in equal and proper ratio. By this nature, fish supports healthy heart.

Koreans take boiled rice and vegetables. They used to drain the water in which they boiled the rice and hence remove the excess fat and starch, which is another secret for their slimness. Rice is rich in carbohydrates and sugar, which is well known for its weight increasing nature. But then, by draining the water in which the rice is boiled, it reduces the chance of weight increase by 75%

Koreans consume less or no sugar items. They also use lots of garlic in food, which burns unwanted cholesterol and keeps them healthy. Check out here, for more information about the benefits of Garlic.

Koreans are well known for their cabbage consumptions, and you all must be knowing the importance of cabbage soup in the weight loss plans.

Kimichi is one favorite dishes of Koreans, internationally well known.

The Koreans are such beautiful people! I treminds me of my friend, who's skin, face, and body is so beautiful. She eats lots of fish and other things. #NaturallyGorgeous (P.S. I am severely thin, with red-brown hair. People are jealous of me, and my crush likes me for my sexy body.)
