Anyone who doesn't want a long life? We actually want long life. I am very concerned with this present life. with many diseases around us, obesity, died at a young age. Various unhealthy food, unhealthy lifestyles. Whether those people had no wish to longer life.let me dedicate the long life recipes for us. I hope it useful and give spirit to longer life. This recipes came from many source. like from China, US, Russia, Pakistan and Ecuador, Japanese, and Korean. This is like compilation recipes.

This recipes came from Gertude Baines who celebrated her 115-th birthday on Los Angeles. The recipe: healthy living is number one. With not smoking and not consuming alcohol. She didn't consume pork also.

Russia, Pakistan and Ecuador long Life Recipes

Recently I read about the people who have long age in three village, three countries (Russia, Pakistan and Ecuador). Where many old people have age more than a hundred years.some even up to 130 years. They have almost the same recipe, like:

  • Diligent and active, both at work and sports
  • Very loving family
  • Eat simple foods and natural food



The Japanese and Korean long life Recipes

Maybe we can learn from from Japanese and Korean, because the average of their age above 90 years and they still working hard. That secret is from their habit and their culture from day by day who living in the Okinawa, like:

  • Every day they are always drinking tea that has become a culture. invite someone just for a cup of tea is their philosophy. People know that tea contains antioxidants that can fight premature aging.
  • They like eat more vegetables and eat fish than meat.
  • They like sport, like karate and Taiso exercise.

Long life Recipes According to Feng Shui

Learn about Chinese culture, didn't complete if we do not see from the feng shui side.Set the time. It is important for healthy. Because like a machine, the body that used constantly, uses over time will also 'damage'. To balance our work and rest to keep our health and have great effect for long life.

Rest Period:

  • Better sleep not less than 8 hours a day.
  • Don't sleep to late.

Work Period :

Another Long Life Recipes

  • Long life over 100 years old and healthy,is not a dream when people apply strict lifestyle and avoid foods that have been given preservative formaldehyde or melamine
  • Avoid foods and beverages cause of enhancing cholesterol, blood sugar levels and high blood.

Highly recommended for routine exercise, meditate, have adequate rest periods and enjoy the good smile like perfume, enjoy music and painting. You've covered it all - I love feng-shui and have found many wonderful healthy tips. And I lived in S. Korea over a 4 year period - I could eat as much Korean food as I wanted and my weight stayed down and my cholesterol went down 30 points in 3 months.

The Korean people wouldn't dream of eating the useless garbage that Americans call food. I like, too, that in the elementary schools, the children have a full nutritious lunch of real food, including soup, rice, a bit of protein, always kimchi, a fruit - they wouldn't dream of giving their children the fried nuggets, french fries, packaged cereals, processed foods, soda, etc. that Americans call lunch. No wonder our children here in America are obese, have chronic diseases, and act out - they are starving, nutritionally.

Thanks for such a great hub - and a great reminder. We have to take back control of our health here in the US. I don't mind getting old - but I cannot imagine being old and sick and crippled.

But how if we can stay health and prevent our body from many disease caused by unhealthy food, such as junk food(hamburger, fried nuggets, french fries and other food). Back to nature by consume vegetables, fruit and sometimes we can mix it with fish. Salmon is also the best for us. It give us a lot of protein. Living a healthy life as well as inherited genetics all play a role in how long we will live as well as effects from the environment in which we live. Some of this is under our control, and some not. Best to live each day joyously and as if it is our last day. Then age does not matter all that much. Up, useful and interesting votes.
