Look Younger and Feel Fantastic Instantly

I can’t say I love vegetables, but I do like a good salad every now and again, and I like corn. Oh yes and I love me some greens. I usually make those on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Vegetables are really the healthiest food you can eat on this planet. Everyone knows that, and I have been trying to find ways to eat more of them.

I want to introduce you to veggie drinks. I'll show you right here how to make the most healthiest drink in the world and it wll taste delicious. You deserve to have good health.

I was introduced to veggie drinks in late 2009. I like various shakes, so I thought it was a good way to get my veggies in. It wasn’t too bad, the taste wasn’t great, but I liked the concept. That prompted me to research other veggie drinks. So I visited the health food store. I personally love Whole Foods, but it is a bit pricey. Anyhow, I’d like to share how I’m able to get the equivalent of 1 days serving of vegetables in from a single veggie smoothie that I drink every morning. I might add, it’s very good and it’s actually sweet. Don’t let the name “Veggie Drink” fool you. So let me introduce you to two of my favorite drinks. The first one is a homemade drink with all the right ingredients.

My Favorite: We’ll call this: The Live Long Time & Look Young Smoothie

9 INGREDIENTS
(1) 1 Scoop of Green Vibrance by VIBRANT HEALTH
This contains 25 Billion Probiotics per dose. It has Organic Greens & Freeze Dried Grass Juices. It’s gluten free. This has so much good stuff in it and so many different types of vegetables, that’s it’s best you go directly to the following site to learn more: GREEN VIBRANCE

(2) 1 Scoop of Wheat Grass Powder (any brand, but I recommend AMAZING GRASS)
Although there is some Wheatgrass in the Green Vibrance, you can’t get enough of this ‘live long time’ food. There are so many benefits to Wheat Grass. Some of the benefits includes increasing red blood-cells, lowers blood pressure, cleanses the blood organs, and gastro tract. It stimulates the metabolism and restores alkalinity to the blood. (3) 2 Scoops of Organic Hemp Protein + Fiber by NUTIVA.
Talk about lots of Fiber. Your body will love you for this product. I promise. It has 7 grams of fiber in 2 scoops, broken out in Soluble and Insoluble fiber. It also has about 5 ½ grams of Protein in 2 scoops. It has so much more. Learn more about this product here: NUTIVA Organic Hemp Protein + Fiber

(4) 1 packet of Splenda (if you don’t like Splenda, please feel free to use regular sugar)

(5) 1 banana

(6) 3 Strawberries (fresh or frozen)

(7) ¼ cup of Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

(8) 10 ounces of Coconut Water or 8 ounces of Coconut Water and 2 ounces of water (sometimes I like to save some of my coconut water, so I’ll mix in some plan water :) It’s up to you. Your local grocery store will sell this. I recommend the following brands: O.N.E. or Vita Coco. This drink tastes great and has more potassium than a banana. It’s also great for those who work out long and hard, being that it is a natural electrolyte replacement.

(9) A few ice cubes.

DIRECTIONS:
Mix these 9 ingredients in a blender and WHOLA! you have a very tasty veggie drink. You won’t be disappointed. It will look very green, but don’t let the color fool you. It tastes great, is sweet, and is very, very good for you. Some of the ingredients in the Green Vibrance have been known to reverse aging cells. You should notice a difference in how you feel immediately.


My Second Favorite: GREENSuperFOOD – Chocolate drink powder by AMAZING GRASS (This one is great if you don’t have any time or very little time. CLICK HERE to learn more.)

There’s nothing to this. You mix 1 scoop of this chocolate powder with milk, and that’s all you do. If you’re lactose intolerant, you can also mix this with soy milk or Coconut Milk. I love coconut milk, which is soy free, dairy free, lactose free, and gluten free. I still put in a packet of Splenda, but you don’t have to, it’s just what I do, because I like my drinks sweet.
