Low Carb Brownies, A Health Food: How to Lose Weight Without Dieting

Follow these steps to make yourself a low carb brownie rich in taste, fiber and one that is simply delicious! It is hard to tell the difference between these brownies and the “real” ones! So if you wish to lose weight, or simply keep healthy, if you are diabetic, or gluten intolerant, or if you just wish to avoid bad carbs such as white flour; this recipe is sent from heaven for you. You can tweak it in different ways, whatever you do, you will have to remind yourself that what you are eating is a delicious, luscious brownie that qualifies as a healthy diet snack!
Sweet but good!
I prefer splenda, but you can also use sugar alcohol such as erythritol or xylitol for these. The recipe below is not too sweet, so if you like it sweeter put in a little more. Or you can always add some sugar free chocolate sauce later, or some whipped cream!
The preparation should take you around ten minutes and the brownies will cook in about half an hour. So in forty minutes you can eat these nutritious and healthy brownies full of chocolate!
You will need the following:
4 ounces of butter, or if you prefer your brownie more moist and even healthier olive oil!
3 cups of sweetener of your choice, make sure it measures like sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
5 ounces of unsweetened melt chocolate
1/3 cup of cocoa
2 cups of black beans
1tablespoon of baking powder
1cup of water
1 cup of pecans
Preheat the oven to 375 Fahrenheit and grease the pan.
Whisk the butter and the sweetener together. Then add vanilla, and the eggs and keep whisking.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well with a hand mixer until creamy.
Pour all into a ban and bake for about 35 minutes. The top should rise. You can do the toothpick test but it is ok if you sense some moisture. Cut and enjoy!
