How To Use Massage Balls

Massage balls are really easy to use. You basically just lay on them and try to get there trigger point that you are after. It is really easy and you will feel the benefits. You should hold that point for as long as you can, until you feel that the trigger point is dying down, then you should feel the pain slowly going away.
