Necessity of Body Exercise to Lead Healthy and Happy Life

It's true that we every one want to lead a long happy and healthy life. The Happiness of every family is depending upon the total body and mind health of all members included it. There are many factors connected with our body health such as planned food habit, good sleeping in night times, precautions in body health and frequent body exercise. Among all these factors, Body Exercises are getting more importance and they are having great tendency to keep our body young and energetic and also to avoid many infectious diseases by increasing the immunity power of our body.

Whenever we start doing exercise properly, each and every part of our body begins to get benefited by the increased blood circulations. Because of the proper blood circulation in the brain, one can be remained active throughout the day. Some people may be suffering from insomnia, indigestion, lack of appetite and concentration, frequent cold problems and teeth problem. The well planned doing of body exercises is finding a great solution for all these health problems.

Misunderstanding about Body Exercise

In this hassle world many people have avoided to do exercises as they feel the lack of time along with their daily works. Actually to have a healthy feeling, two or three days of a week are enough to allot for doing exerises. Particularly doing exercises on evenings is producing better result than doing them on mornings. Even ten to fifteen minutes are enough to get satisfactory result by doing body exercises. Amazingly one can get good health result by doing weekly once body exercises.

Various Body Exercises

Walking, Jogging and skipping are some of the body exercises suitable for any body in morning times. These exercises need at least 30 minutes. We should be very careful in selecting the safer places for walking and jogging. It's advisable to start jogging and walking only after getting enough sun light in the morning times so as to avoid serpant risks in village areas. But skipping can be done even on the terrace of ones own home. We should not be overstrained when we are jogging and skipping.

Yogasans are also very useful for many people to keep their body health. But we need proper guidance as many of the yogasans are seeming complicated. It is better to choose the asans which are easy and simple to follow.

Yogasanas like Sarvangasana, Padmasana, Konasana, Pujankasana and Arthasirasasana are some of the simple but effective asanas to produce better health results. Just 2 or 3 minutes are enough to complete every asana. Two or three days of a week are enough to do asanas.

Some people can use variety of exercise equiments in the gym. Weekly twice or thrice visit of gym can produce nice results in keeping good body health. The people who are shying to go to gym can have economical equipments like bull-worker to start doing exercise in the home itself.

Nutrients needed and the effect of body exercises on meditation

Protein rich nutrients are better than fatty nutrients. Taking less amount of fat is facilitating our heart to work well when we are little bit straining by the body exercises. Body exercises are more effective in increasing cocentrating power during the meditation.

Never try to srain excessively

We all need certain limit when doing body exercises. Over body strain may lead to nervous weakness, body pain and insomnia. The aim of doing body exercise is to have a healthy and happy life. If we strain unnecessarily by doing exercise excessively, both our body and mind health will be adversely affected.
