We all know that vitamins are vital for our body. In order to avoid any type of deficiency try to make a healthy food menu and incorporate all healthy food choices full of vitamins and other nutrients in to it. There are number of people who do not have enough natural vitamin sources in their diet this may lead to deficiency of one or more vitamins.
