New Weight Loss Diet Plan To Lose 15 Pounds in a Month

  • DIET PLAN STARTS > At 6.30 am, gulp down three glasses of water.
  • At 6.45 am, eat some fruits and half glass of milk.
  • At 7.45 am, 1 chapatti or 1 bread or anything equivalent in quantity like oatmeal or cereals or cornflakes (without added sugar), mushroom curry plus any other curry.
  • At 10.30 am, have a handful of non-fried peanuts.
  • At 2.30 pm, 1 chapatti or 1 bread or 1 cup of rice or anything equivalent. If non-vegetarian, any nonveg curry (any amount). If you are a pure vegetarian, then Bengal gram or green gram mushroom curry or vegetarian salad or any other curry.
  • At 5 pm, have some fruits.
  • At 6.30 pm, only half a cup of sprouts.
  • At 9 pm, 1 chapatti or 1 cup of rice or anything equivalent like a slice of bread combined with any nonvegetarian curry of any amount, but with as little oil as possible. If vegetarian, then again Bengal gram pulses or green gram dal or mushroom curry and vegetarian salad and any other curry < DIET PLAN ENDS

This new diet has been very successful for people who do not skip any meal in between even if they are not feeling hungry enough. Avoiding all types of junk food including sweetened drinks, chips, sugar, sweets, biscuits, sauce, bakery products, chocolates, fried food, pizza, dried fruits, burger, cheese, jam, alcohol, butter, beer, whisky, vodka, Bournvita and Horlicks is the key to successful weight loss. Eating vegetarian salad rich in fibers is most important for fat loss and assimilation of nutrients. I can never pass up a hub about weight loss. This one is very good, however I don't recognize some of the ingredients, but I suppose I could substitute for like items. Very good soni2006, voted up/useful.

Hi fastfreta, I also love reading and writing everything about weight loss as I feel very upset if I put up more weight. I don't like being a fat person. Regarding the ingredients, yes you can replace them other items according to your understanding. Actually, the basic principle is to eat less of carbohydrates and eat quite a lot of protein, so the only carbs you are getting in the above diet is through lots of fruits. Also, do not miss your workout when doing this diet. It will tremendously help you out. Once you will get rolling, you will not stop. Though it is advised that once you lose weight with which you are satisfied enough, then you can stop following this diet but never stop following the stopping junk food advice and exercise instructions given by me. Now after following this diet, it is in your hands how you want to maintain your weight.

3 glasses upon waking up. I usually get 1 tall glass. The 10:30 to 2:30 gap with only peanuts is tough but doable. Also, you say no more water throughout the day. I would find this very difficult for people who exercise 6 straight days a week 5pm to 9pm appears very achievable.

Hello ftclick, this was the diet started by one of my relatives and then everyone is following it as it has done wonders by letting my relatives lose weight within 20 days of starting and doing this diet religiously. I know 10:30 to 2:30 is very tough because it's the peak time when you feel hungry but it will happen for first three days and after the magic of this diet will happen and you will satisfied with whatever you have eaten. Actually that is the reason why I have mentioned there, "do not skip any meal in between even if they are not feeling hungry enough" because stop feeling very hungry with this diet and this has happened with people like me who are die hard food lovers, you know the ones who live to eat and not eat to live.

I am thinking just to drink horlicks whenever i feel hungry...but i am not sure how far it will not gain my weight because if we drink too much of horlicks we have costipation problem...
