20 squats

15 pushups

10 front lunges

20 situps

15 dips

10 side plank rotations

1 minute air jump rope

Repeat this circuit 3 times

20 wide leg squats

15 elbow pushups

10 reverse lunges

20 core bicycles

15 dips

10 side plank dips

1 minute air jump rope

Repeat this circuit 2 times

20 deep squats

15 wide arm pushups

10 side lunges

20 crunches

15 dips

10 side crunches

1 minute air jump rope

Complete this circuit 1 time

30 second wall sit

15 downdog to updog

10 jump squats

20 leg raises

15 dips

30 second side plank (each side)
