I love green peas, steamed plain or added to cooked rice, onions and mushrooms. They're also good in casseroles and veg soup. I buy frozen organic green peas so I won't be eating pesticides along with the peas. They're part of my menu at least once a week. It's good to know they're a healthy choice.
