Oxyflex Is a Potential Companion of Baby Boomers

Updated on November 13, 2011

Baby boomers are those individuals that were born between 1946 and 1964.
The youngest individual is now 45 years old. Many of them are active persons who use their articular system vigorously, many of them are obese, and many of them have Osteoarthritis. They spend many billions of dollars on pain relief, and the number is increasing.

Baby boomers widely use Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs)
which have side effects that go in an opposite direction to their health and wellness, yet the poor people seek any thing that kills their pain.

Oxyflex is a new technology that inspires an idea behind an old simple technique was used to oxygenate oils. It uses hyperoxygenated oils to kill pain safely, through local application of a cream.

Arthritis Boom with Baby boomers

Baby boomers or those people that were born  between 1946 and 1964 have significantly higher rates of arthritis than their parent generation (The silent generation) who were born in 1924 through 1942.

The boomers have significanly higher rates of obesity which started at a younger age than the previous generation, i.e. the baby boomers spent more years carrying extra weight. Boomers have spent more of their lives in an obese state , although they had a better access to nutrition and informaton about exercise for much of their lives.

There is a higher rate of obesity-related arthritis among baby boomers.
Arthritis risk soared along with their obesity rates. Arthritis cases attributed to obesity rose from 3 percent to 18 percent between 1971 and 2002. The way physicians diagnose arthritis over time, and other factors may contribute to the increase, but researchers say the rise in obesity can not be ignored.

Baby boomers are just entering the age where arthritis rates begin to rise significantly. Many baby boomers have lived with obesity for much of their lives, and the consequences of this epidemic are expected to be seen in the coming decades.

Arthritis patients' concern is how to relieve pain and they have nothing more than pain killers (people spend on Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) over $12 billion annually in US alone).

Usinf Oxyflex can keep you away from the side effects of NSAIDs (some are serious) and save you money with the same result, i.e. pain relief.

Plantar Fasciitis (Aching or sore Feet)

The plantar fascia is a fibrous tissue that runs from the heel to the ball of the foot, providing cushioning and support to arch and serving as a connective buffer between the foot and Achilles tendon. When the fascia is Getting stressed, microtears and inflammation cause sharp pain that can make bearing and flexion unbearable.

The majority of plantar fasciitis sufferers are, aging baby boomers who perhaps have packed on some pounds standing for long periods in their occupation, endurance runners (marathoners), or people having tructural abnormalities such as flat feet or high arches.

Tendonitis

Tendons are the fibrous tissues that join muscle to bone, when it is inflammed, irritated or swollen, then it is a case of tendonitis. They may also be degenerated (tendonosis).

Tendonitis can occur as a result of injury, overuse, or systemic diseases (Rheumatoid arthritis or diabetes). Aging can cause it as the tendons lose elasticity.Generally, tendonitis occurs in middle to older age men or women, when the tendons can become more prone to injuries. The commonly affected sites include the elbow, heel (Achilles tendonitis), shoulder, and wrist, however any tendon can be affected.

Pain is the symptom of the disease. Pain and tenderness along a tendon, usually near a joint, at night, and is worse with movement or activity. The goal of treatment is to relieve pain and reduce inflammation, currently through rest, NSAIDs, physical therapy, and rarely surgery.

Back pain

The highest rate of back pain occurs among the 45 to 64 year age group.

Back pain includes sore muscles and tendons, herniated discs, fractures, and other problems. Most often, the causes of back pain have developed over a long period of time.As baby boomers age and more of them develop chronic illnesses, pain management will continue to be an important facet of health care.

In the United States, the Mayo Clinic claims that 4 out of 5 adults will experience a bout of back pain at some time in their lives and that back injuries are one of the nation's most common causes of disability. More than 65 million Americans suffer from back pain, an affliction that costs the U.S. economy an estimated $100 billion per year in health-care bills, lost workdays and reduced productivity. 2 in 5 of the population in the UK experienced back pain at sometime, The total costs of back pain corresponds to between 1% and 2% of gross national product (GDP).

Because back pain stems from a variety of causes, treatment goals are pain relief and restored movement. Aspirin or another nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) can be used to reduce pain and inflammation. Oxyflex offers you an easier alternative in this case.

Carpal Tunnel

Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a painful condition in the wrist caused by the compression of the nerve running from the forearm to the hand. This nerve gets squeezed or pressed at the wrist and can cause pain, weakness and numbness in the wrist and hand. As symptoms worsen, you may have a tingling feeling and progressive weakness in your grip.

Anti-inflammatory medications work to block swelling, relieve pain and promote healing. Corticosteroids, or lidocaine, may be injected into the wrist to help relieve pressure on the nerve. Prednisone taken by mouth will provide the same results. People with diabetes should inform their doctors prior to using these types of treatment. If non-surgical treatment doesn't work, a surgical procedure called carpal tunnel release is used. Oxyflex can protect you from all risks involved in these alternatives.

Sciatica

It is a condition in which the sciatic nerves in the body become inflamed. It is characterized by a light tingling feeling or burning sensation to a full blown shooting pain that travels from the lower back, buttocks area, back of legs, and/or feet. More often than not, sciatic nerve pain affects only one side, although it could also be possible to run down both legs. Standing up becomes a great difficulty, sometimes sitting down makes the pain even worse.

Treatment ranges from NSAIDs to surgery.

Muscle & Joint Pain

According to Vonda Wright, M.D., medical advisor for the Arthritis Foundation, "Active boomers are particularly at risk due to the overuse of their aging joints. Though there is no standard treatment of OA, it is important to find a pain management solution that you are comfortable with to decrease pain and improve mobility."

Why Use Oxyflex

It is a simple formula being consisted of oxidized corn oil, mineral oil, Globulus Leaf Oil, and some phytochemicals like menthol, Eucalyptus and others plus water. It is a potent pain reliever without any side effects. It can be used to kill pain associated with any of the detaild conditions, and people who used it are satisfied about it, they are so many including big establishments. You do not need to associate it with any other medication.
