7.THE FOLLOWING CAN BE DONE AS AN IDEAL MID DAY OFFICE REJUVENATION-DEEP BREATHING,ALTERNATE NOSTRIL BREATHING.

8.AVOID SUBSTANCE ABUSE AS IT CREATES STRESS.
