HAIR LOSS

Many researchers advice that BOILED EGGS have a lot of Vitamin B which keeps your hair from thinning out.

FOOT ODOR

 Do you take off your shoes and clear the room with your foot odor?  Try this... Soak your foot in 1 teaspoon of BAKING SODA to a quarter cup of Warm water for 15 minutes a day.  As baking soda does with your refridge, it prevents the bacteria from growning and hence elimate embarassing foot odor.

Vitamin E

COLD SORES

 Do you have cold sores that keep coming back time after time?  It could be the lack of vitamin E in your diet (Corn, leafy greens).  You may want to take Vitamin E supplements.

LOW IRON

 Are you low on iron, try eating some LEAN red meat.  Aside from high in protein, lean meat is also high in iron.  Iron found in meats are better absorded by your body.
