Good sleep is essential for humanbeings. It provides you good health. An average of eight hours of sleep is required for a person to get good health.
During sleep the pineal gland in the brain produces a powerful repair hormone known as melatonin. Growth hormone will produce during sleep time .Some other important hormones which regulate our appetite and fat production also recreating during sleep time. Brain should get a proper rest during this time. Sleeplessness makes a man unhealthy and less attractive on appearance.Proper sleeping can reduce wrinkles in the face and neck. So proper attention must be given for a good sleep. Sleeplessness in school children causing lack of concentration in studies.
How to get "Good Sleep" at night ?????
I will give you some tips that can be use in your daily life for getting nice sleep.
1. Select a particular time for sleeping.
2. Do not take heavy dinner at late night.
3. Take exercise regularly.
4. Have a bath minimum one hour before bed time and wear comfortable
5. Use clean bed and pillows.
6. Use your bed only for sleeping.
7. Turn down light and noises before sleep.
Try to follow these tips and make your body healthy.
