Should I Diet or Live It

I don't know about you but I don't like the word DIET. To me, it's just setting me up for failure because as soon as I say I'm going to diet, it all goes downhill for me. I find that when I say i'm going to live it, it gives me a whole new attitude.

Think about what you eat

Some "healthy foods" are not

There's so much out there these days, books, videos, e-books and all the different food. There really is so much different food to choose from that they are calling healthy and those healthy foods, really aren't good for you at all.

I'm sure you've seen the ads saying eat this and lose belly fat or the foods you shouldn't eat that will cause belly fat...

There's so much out there you don't know which way to turn. But there really is help out there and it's not hard to get started and lose the weight that you want.

I will say that one of the most important things when you start your Live It, is excersie. And you might groan when you hear that dreaded word but excersise not only helps get your body back in shape but it helps you out mentally. And like they say, "a healthy mind, is a healthy body"
