The ropes handles should reach your armpits while standing on the center of the rope. No real secret here as to how to jump rope, just start. For beginners, do sixty seconds of jumping, and thirty seconds of rest. Start at anytime you have a few minutes, and work yourself up from there. 20 minutes is a good number. Once you are comfortable, go to thirty, and so on.

Steam Engine – Start in a standing position, feet about shoulder width apart, then clasp your hands behind you hear. Now bring your right elbow down while bringing your left knee up until they touch or almost touch around waist level. Then return to full standing position, then the left elbow and right knee. Do this slowly at first until you get your balance in order, then speed things up.

Mountain Climber – Get down on the floor into a push up position with your stomach muscles tense. Then bring a leg up under the chest, and then kick it back into its original position then bring the other leg forward, and so on scrambling in one place “up” the floor. Once you are comfortable with out falling over, increase the speed.

Don’t get lazy with these; each one will start to produce sweat fairly quickly. This is the goal, get sweaty and get the breathing up. Now, what’s thirty minutes a day for six weeks compared to great sex? There is nothing like a healthy heart. Your partners will notice right away too. Sound good?

yes I agree with the exercise and also if a man is taking an anti depressent that will also cause a problem with being able to achieve an orgasm. a man can also do exercise when his penis is in the erect position, to strengthen the muscle. Great article and information!!!

I am pleased to visit your website.It is remarkable.I am 66 years old person.4year past i had my heart surgoery/byepass operation.I have erectile dyefunction problem since 5 years.I wanted to rectify my this sex problem by yoga exercises and diet instead of medicines.I have been looking for such exercises which i found on your website.I am glad to read some exercise , like JUMP ROPE I understand it,but i could not understand as how to do STEAM ENGINE ,MOUNTAIN CLIMBER

please explain me by pictures of these exercise to make me understand.Please send me some website on which these and some other simple exercise are explained by picture/video.I feel backache some time when i bend down my back on frontside or bend my back on backside.Actually 15 years past i had backache problem due to gape reduction in my spine in the lower portion of spine.According to doctors advice i have to life the weight by not bending in front.

I have seen an exercise demo of man with the sky blue shire laying on ground bending his back with the support of his arms and neck. It is seems to be difficult for me.Please help me to show its alternate exercise.I would be grateful to you for all this.God bless you.
