Sinus Blockages or Tension Try This Natural Release!

Within your sinus cavities you may have an infection because of the buildup of mucus congregating there, or because of a cold! Or you may even be allergic to certain pollens or dust etc? But also your sinus cavity can become blocked & this is because of tension you are holding around the face & neck & shoulder areas without you probably even knowing it.

It is quite possible for you to attempt a trigger release technique to ease your ailment yourself before deciding to administer drugs or antibiotics from your doctor or pharmacist.

Tension is responsible for all kinds of ailments whereas we subconsciously clench & hold onto the painful or tensed area of the body thus preventing our natural energy & life giving fluids circulating correctly around our physical system as once this energy did before the ailment took place.

When you can relate to this theory of blockages within the bodily mechanics you have more of an understanding to go about trying alternative methods to cure some of your physical ailments.

The key here to help you dissipate & cure your sinuses problem because of a blockage within the area is awareness and relaxation.

For the best results on your road to recovery of blocked sinuses one should lie down & become comfortable indeed. Albeit, the idea is to take ALL weight off & relax, every single muscle within the head, face, shoulders & the neck.

Whilst you are relaxing you must consciously focus on ‘the release of’ these areas listed above, one step at a time just focusing & letting any tension dissolve & in no time what so ever you may then become aware of the very pinpoint of your blockage within your nasal system as this is the most tensed area!

When you gently lift your hand & place two or three of your fingers just above your nose, between your eyebrows, where the root of your nose meets your forehead & ever so slightly just above onto this area you can begin to tap gently whilst focusing on relaxation of the blockage!

Your jaw & face must be fully relaxed with your mouth slightly open plus make sure your tongue isn’t holding any tension too.

Hi couturepopcafe, I find that muscle tension, once held onto subconsciously, is responsible for quite a few mishaps regarding the natural flow of the body energy, fluids ect. Thank you for your comment

Great advice, thanks! Sometimes you misuse words though, for example "albeit"... I'm not saying that to be critical, it's just it sometimes gets in the way of your communication, so maybe your articles would benefit from more rigorous proof-reading
