Nikki Haskell's StarCaps Diet Pills

To find out if StarCaps are safe to use and if there is a possibility that they are a good suppliment to help with weight loss, the ingredients of the pills have to be broken down individualy and researched.

Ingredients: Natural Extract Papaya & Garlic, Valerian, Corn Spices, Papain (protein digestive enzyme), Magnesium Carbonate & Magnesium Oxide less than 0.1%

Directions/Recommended Usage: As a dietary supplement, take one StarCap a day in the morning, for the first two days, with a glass of orange juice. Then, take two StarCaps a day, one in the morning and one in mid-afternoon, with a glass of orange juice. Avoid sugar, butter and cheese.

Papaya and Garlic

For some time Papaya and Garlic have been accepted as being good for your metabolism, they help us to break down food in our bodies a little quicker and keep us "Regular".

Valerian

Is a Herb, which is mainly used in helping anxiety or sleeping disorders, it is also used in some herbal dietary pills, although it has also been found to contain some harmful impurities and there have been many side effects noted from taking Valerian including, Headache, blurred vision, nausea, change in heartbeat, and morning grogginess. Pregnant women or people with liver problems should avoid Valerian.

Corn Spices

corn spices contain fibre, which helps to regulate your bowel movements.

Papain

Papain, an enzyme produced by the tropical fruit, papaya, is proteolytic, which means that it digests inert (non-living) proteins. While it breaks down proteins in foods, it will not harm living tissue in the body.

Some evidence from animal studies may associate taking papain with causing birth defects in the unborn offspring of pregnant animals that were fed papain.

Cases of sores in the esophagus have been reported in individuals who consumed large amounts of Papain but the amounts used in the StarCaps pills are at a safe level.

Magnesium Carbonate and Magnesium Oxide

These are used to neutralise acid in the stomach and are mainlly used for heart burn, the amount 0.01% used in StarCaps would have little or no effect whatsoever $6.

Putting all of those ingredients together in one pill what have we actually got?

We have ingredients that help to break down food a little quicker, and help to keep us regular with a little heartburn protection thrown in.

Safety, there are side effects to some of the ingredients and they definitely should not be taken by pregnant women or people with liver problems.

The choice is up to you ?

Since the main ingredients in the Pills are extracts of the Papaya fruit wouldn't it be easier and cheaper just to eat a papaya for breakfast as part of your diet.

In my personal view if you have the will power to lose weight through diet, then you won't need any pills to help you through except a few vitamins and minerals.
