Intuition is a natural GOD-given ability that all of us are born with. Female intuition. Male intuition. Its all the same. All beings have have it. The following is a list of natural ways to enhance intuition for more clarity of mind, enhancement of creativity and general attunement with the natural cycle of life.

Prayer

No matter what your beliefs are, the power of prayer and intention through words (or thoughts) is a powerful tool for manifesting our desires and needs. Prayer can help anyone open up to trust and faith in something that can not be seen and is not dependent on our society-driven sense of logic. Prayer can help build trust in your higher self's perspective, thus opening up intuition. Any thoughts, reoccuring messages through other individuals, through dreams and everyday events are signs of intuitive awakening. Ask and you shall receive.

Breathing & Meditation Exercises

One of the very first steps to purify the mind for intuitive connection is through focus of breath during meditation at least once daily. This is never forced. It is simply allowing your emotions, thoughts and observations of things around you to "just be" while focusing on breathing. Become an open channel for thoughts, emotions and other distractions to pass through you passively by acceptance and by just observing, not controlling. Eventually, you will begin to regain clarity of mind and focus without even trying. This ushers in creative enhancement, stronger visualization and overall calm, so that you can see beyond what is being presented with everyday distractions. This is the key.

Limit TV, Radio & Other Technology

Today we are bombarded with technology as it rapidly becomes an everyday neccessity of life. Although technology serves its purpose, we must remember to keep everything in moderation. One of the quickest ways to to start strengthening intuition includes a limit of television, radio and other devices which (unknowingly) keep our minds "buzzing" with unneccsary thoughts and feelings that can conflict with what we really should be focusing on. Try your best to limit these distractions.

Music Meditation

One way to detox the mind is by listening to meditative music without lyrics. Some music is specifically designed with certain vibrations that can calm us and help us to tap into our intuition. Try to do this at least once a day for as long as you desire.

Drink Plenty of Water & Eat Healthy

This can not be said enough. Remember, that the mind, body, and spirit are connected. When detoxing or clearing your mind, strive to flush the body with water and eat healthier. Believe it or not, the foods and liquds that make our body sluggish can interfere with our mind and intuition. By drinking plenty of water and having better nutrition, your body can begin to feel more fit, thus increased strength for the mind, soul and intuitive ability.

Exercise

An excercise regime is important to become better attuned with the body and with the natural intuition. By opening our bodies, we open our mind to receive what messages life has for us. Some beneficial exercises that fuse mind-body-spirt include yoga, tai chi and even forms of dance.

Rest

Good rest is always the best!! By getting adequate sleep, we can better tap into our intuition which allows us to make better choices for our lives, while enhancing our ability to help others.

Go Outside in Nature

Walks on the beach, a stroll in the park or anywhere where the grass is green and wildlife is plentiful are great places to be for attuning your intuitive ability. Simply going outside, no matter where you live, to get a breath of fresh air can help clear the mind, and it allows our body to be in sync with the world for stronger intuition and creative inspiration.
