Super Food Juice- a cure for all ills

It is said that all illness begins in the gut and to that end this is a remedy and health elixir that can both ward off bacterial and viral infections as well as help recovery from a plethora of complaints and diseases. This combination of three super foods is both potent and miraculous in its healing ability.

Lemon- is a much-overlooked fruit and is a potent source of minerals and vitamins (especially vitamin C) that can help boost the immune system and fight off many ailments. Our body thrives on a delicate balance of acid and alkali and all organs function best with a balanced pH. Our Western diet is rich in sugar, grains and processed foods that affect our pH and cause an acid system allowing both viruses and bacteria to take up residence. Lemon increases alkali levels and brings balance to our immune system. Lemon helps to cleanse and wash out toxins from our colon, liver and kills Candida to help purify our body.

Ginger- is an age-old remedy used for thousands of years. It is used for the following treatments-
