Tonsillitis make us shiver

What is tonsillitis?

It is the inflammation of the tonsils that occurs in the throat. It can cause high fever, difficulty to swallow food,bad breath and very fussy and bad mood. It is caused by infections of the common virus and streptococcus bacteria.

Real story

"I had sore throat and I felt difficult to swallow foods even to drink water. I put up in my Facebook status of myself not feeling well because of the sore throat and pain I had to bear. I had a very high fever which was 38.4 degrees Celsius. I took paracetamol but did not give any effect. I went to see the doctor and she prescribed me with antibiotics. A friend from Facebook (Ammar Fathi) advised me to take White Sundae which for him is very effective whenever he had tonsillitis. After telling him it hadn't any good for me, he suggested something else which is very effective"                      - 23rd January 2011

What is that which helps?                                                                                                    Antibiotics may be very good but may cause fundamental side-effects such as it does not only kill the bacteria that cause illness, but can also destroy the friendly bacteria that contributes to a healthy digestive system.

Tonsillitis can be treated with gargling using lemon juice or its scientific name Citrus Lemon before drinking it . Lemon which is rich in vitamin C and iron, potassium, calcium and phosphorus, stimulates the immune system to effectively kill the bacteria streptococcus. Fiber or white hairs next to the lemon peel and lemon-lime citrus bioflavonoids which contain other beneficial to health. Hence the fibers of the skin should be scraped and then mixed with the contents of lemon before finely ground. Lemon also with vitamin B complex also acts to kill a bacteria known as stafilokokus. It is also effective for the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases like gonorrhea, syphilis and chlamydia.
