This whole "exaggerated paranoiac response" depends upon our letting ourselves get intimidated to begin with. Everything is all right if we MAKE IT SO within our minds and keep reminding ourselves of this fact. I'm not saying that there isn't anything wrong........but for this "Dark Consciousness" to catch you, you must be aware of it and afraid of it. If you refuse to believe in it's existence, it is going to have one devil of a time getting you emotionally worked-up. No panic/anger, no "gutting and flipping" of self.
This "trains" people who allow themselves to be angered easily or paranoid. It's a test of your stability, dependability and meekness for lack of a better word. The easily angered get turned into "dog people" who actually feel on command. There are ways to electronically broadcast PHONY thoughts/feelings which have nothing to do with our actual thoughts/feelings. Thus, anyone who can be sufficiently shaken-up to lose control of their emotions can wind up an emotional puppet who comes closer and closer to becoming an extension of the thing that is "pulling their strings".
This is why we see so many people who appear to be LACKING HUMAN EMOTIONAL QUALITIES. Some are so far gone that their actual body-motion resembles that of a mechanical puppet. By training someone to respond to SYNTHETIC ELECTRONICALLY-PRODUCED THOUGHTS/IDEAS........YOU ARE IN ESSENCE DESTROYING WHO THAT PERSON REALLY IS INSIDE BY TURNING THEM INTO A SERIES OF RESPONSES INSTEAD OF INTERNALLY-GENERATED THOUGHTS/FEELINGS. There are probably MORE NORMAL PEOPLE OUT THERE THAN IT APPEARS because if you learn to be emotionally unresponsive ("cold" in the vernacular of the "dog people"), this electronic influence cannot get a hold of us as easily. If you are: gentle, slow-to-anger, not "greedy-eyed"(always searching for something that will make you feel good inside)(and believe me, it WON'T anyway)(you can also actually wear glasses that make you nearsighted so that all these little psychological "eye traps" cannot play with your mind)...........you'll be just fine.
Add to this protective clothing (Silver-Tex at LessEmf.com), use of Abilify, very moderate use of anti-stress medication (LESS is more.......my earlier recommended amounts of Clonazepam were TOO MUCH. A fourth of a tablet gives you a more even, productive, useful state of mind than a whole one would). Zoloft helps too, but work towards getting your dose down to one tablet per day. If you have a prescription for more, just keep on for excessively "rainy days"(intense electronic harassment). Treat medication like you would silver-bullets........overuse is worse than no-use. Moderate use makes it harder to "get your number" (finding what makes you flip out). Add to this MENTAL PRAYER WITH USE OF GOD'S NAME: JEHOVAH, YAHWEH, ELOHIM and you'll have a fairly moderate, comfortable existence.
If attacked, LISTEN UPWARDS BY DRAWING THE HIGH-PITCHED SYLLABLES OUT UNTIL THEY SOUND LIKEOPERATIC ANGEL'S VOICES. ee!ee!ee!,ee!ee!ee!,ee!ee!ee! becomes eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee,eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee,eeeeeeeeeeeeee becomes ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, ahhhhhhhhhhhhh..............ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, ahhh-ahhh. Visualize this "good frequency" as coming into your head laterally and "from above" JUST ABOVE YOUR EARS WHILE IMAGINING YOURSELF PUSHING UPWARDS FROM WITHIN YOUR HEAD. Don't use sedatives to avert an attack unless you feel you are at "death's door", because the use of high amounts persists after the episode.........making a future "electronic attack" more likely because your receptor-tolerance will be up and you'll RUN OUT (and THAT'S when these suckers REALLY go after you!) Go for super-loud music that YOU LIKE and you can usually shake a particularly nasty attack without turning to sedatives. This junk comes in through the ears (hence the name: "dog people" ). Protect them with ear-plugs (especially when sleeping).
It's as though we have these little "wheels" inside our heads that are influenced by high-pitched sounds. The key is knowing that YOU can actually control what frequency you are on and thus gain MORE CONTROL OVER YOURSELF. Experiment: very subtle movements of tiny muscles "within the ear" and face produce HUGE DIFFERENCES in the type of "message" you receive. When annoyed, shut EVERYTHING OUT, but exercise your ability to "tune your radio". That way, you can even "use this force" to obtain normal functioning in the face of an attack or even to ENHANCE your ability to do things (just NOT being distracted by "bad thoughts/feelings will do this..........which is why tiny amounts of sedatives can improve performance..........this wouldn't have been so twenty years ago!)
