This is because exhaling is the most relaxing phase of learning. Take twice as long to exhale as to inhale when you are feeling stressed.

When you learn to laugh, you will find out that happiness is a prelude to healing. You will find out that happiness is the real medicine that cures. In this wise, a happy mind is the source of healing powers. A person with a happy mind is full of optimism, courage, and self motivation. And if you are bubbling with all these then you are about to live a stress free life.
