Great hub. I love my fitness ball. I find much better results than any other exercise. Also it is much easier to exercise in the evening using a fitness ball than to go outside in the cold at night for a run! No comparison.

I have been using a fitness ball to do sit ups and its so much easier!! I hated doing sit ups because it would just hurt the back or felt like I was straining to do them. So having a ball made it so much easier.
