It also naturally acts as an appetite suppressant, when consumed on a regular basis.
Green tea also plays a role in the weight loss associated with exercise. It increases the body's endurance during exercise, which helps the body reach achieve lean muscle mass in a less amount of time.
After achieving weight loss and lean muscle mass, regular green tea consumption may act as a long-term dietary aid in keeping the weight off. Drinking green tea may not have any side effects, so anyone can enjoy 1 to 6 cups a day, according to their preference.
