Some veggies can actually help you stimulate the burning of stomach fat more efficiently then others. Let me pass on these tips and hopefully they will help you on your way to having the body you want. Plus, I'm sure all the women would love a guy with sexy abs, and all of us guys would like to have the abs like James Bond here.

One fact that you may have not realized is that there are certain chemicals in our food supply and in our environment, such as herbicides and pesticides that have an estrogenic effect inside our bodies. This problem can increase belly fat on both sex male and females, solisten up!

These are called xenoestrogens, and exposure to them from these chemicals in our consumables and the environment is one factor that can actually stimulate your body to hold onto belly fat. We all know that women have a harder time loosing belly fat then guys. SO these xenoestrogens could be a problem.
