Starting your New Years with a flabby body is what million are doing and I am no different. I have been struggling with my up and down body weight for years and have worked hard to maintain a healthy weight through:

- If sugar is added to foods, avoid them.
- Limit sugar consumption in the mornings. If your cereal can change your milk color, don't eat it. High fiber cereal such as raisin bran is good cereal with low sugar.
- Eliminate or lower the consumption of foods that turn into sugar such a pasta and rice.
I hope you can see how sugar is the culprit to obesity and much of our illnesses and body pain. We have become a healthier nation but are still an battle with obesity as a whole.
