Back Pain Causes

When you've suffered through back pain as much as I have on and off over the years, you tend to think whether this could have been prevented along time ago, but what exactly are the causes of back pain?

The main symptoms of lower back pain can be caused by the work environment that you place yourself in your daily work routine and as such people who regularly sit at a desk for hours on end could have some lower back pain due to this or also people who carry heavy items all day long such as removal workers can be the cause of moderate to severe back pain in middle aged and young adults.

Muscle strain and other stresses that take it's toll on the spine can be the result of back pain, in the lumbar region of the back is the usual spot, but the pain could spread out on any part of the back or spinal area, including the shoulder blades.

Injuries which could include:-

  • Compression fractures of vertebrals
  • Disc ruptures (intervertebral) .
  • Injuries to the ligaments and surrounding muscles on the back.
  • Lumbosacral strain -which can hurt somewhat!.
  • Intervertebral injuries of the joints.
  • Vertebra fractures of the processes which is a main cause..
