Increase in Health Risks Associated with Home and Office Appliances
When we think of EMF energy, we typically think of the radiation emitted from things such as electric transformers, X-ray machines and high-tension power lines. However, there are many items affecting our bodies in negative ways that we may have never suspected. These items can cause grave danger to our brain, nerve, endocrine and reproductive systems. They can also affect every other organ and bone in our bodies.
These “invisible” energies are coming from items that we use on a regular daily basis without giving it any thought. These items include many household and office electronics and appliances such as: radios, televisions, microwave transmitters, home appliances, waterbeds, smoke alarms, scanners, electric blankets, fish tanks, shavers, hair dryers, fluorescent lights, cell phones, freezers, refrigerators, computers, copy machines and air conditioners just to name a few.
Studies in the last 25 years have reported an increase in health risks associated with these electro-magnetic waves. I’m listing some examples here and some of the problems they can cause. To lessen the effects these items have on your family’s health, you should monitor the use of these items keeping it to a minimum.
The first thing on our list is the microwave. Many people use this item everyday in the office and at home. We heat our lunches up. Many of us sometimes use it to heat our vegetables we are preparing for our family’s meals. After realizing that this item can cause indigestible protein, increased cholesterol, hemoglobin problems and decreased lymphocytes as well as increased leukocytes causing stress, headaches, blurred vision, dizziness, fatigue, hair loss, heart and muscle problems, memory loss and cancerous growth, do you still think it a good idea to eat anything that comes out of this machine let alone feed it to your family?
The computer, for many of us, is our favorite electronic. I am one of these people. I work on my computer all day and late into the evening on an everyday basis. However while we are sitting here reading along or chatting on our messengers with our friends, we are not realizing the increased risk of miscarriage, sleep disorders, chronic aches and pains, loss of energy, drowsiness, increased risk of cancerous cells, stress and muscle disorders associated with the eyes, strain, hypertension, holes in contact lenses, erratic heart beat, hypertension, throat and thyroid, dizziness and loss of memory, severe headaches and loss of libido. Yes, it is having its effect on our relationships in more ways than one. This is truly something to think about.
Thankfully, I am not a big fan of cell phones. However, many people are, so the next time you are standing in line at a grocery store spilling your guts about your date last night in front of everyone, you may also want to think about not only how annoying you are being to the cashier and other customers but also what you are doing to yourself. Here are some effects associated with cell phones: respiratory problems, sinusitis, severe headaches, insomnia, dizziness, nausea, difficulty concentrating, memory loss, eye problems, nosebleeds, hair loss, ringing in the ears and an increase in brain tumors and aneurisms. I’m sure your going to be real cute going on your next date with less hair.
What can we do to reduce the risks of affects caused by these items and their transmissions? I suppose the number one thing would be to not use them, period. However, many of us can not necessarily totally avoid them. Instead, we can avoid microwave foods and increase our consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables. Since electro-magnetic waves deplete the immune system, it’s highly advisable that we replenish our bodies with vitamins, minerals and exercise. Daily meditations, prayer, yoga, gardening, taking a quiet walk and/or journaling are also beneficial in helping to support a healthy immune system.
Please keep these things in mind and take good care of yourself and your family.
