1/10 of a Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper

1 or 2 cups of Pure, fresh Water

1 large cup

1 measuring spoon (tablespoon size)

1 measuring spoon (1/10 Teaspoon size)

Your favorite Cutting Board

An extremely sharp kitchen knife

One Juicer (Hand operated or electric)

Instructions:

1. Roll a Lemon back and forth on the cutting board to get it soft and juicy.

2. Cut the lemon on the underside, and grind it on the juicer. Continue until you have juiced half the lemon, or until there is no more room available in the juicer.

3. Measure 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Lemon Juice into the large cup.

4. Add the Maple Syrup to the cup.

5. Add the Cayenne Pepper to the cup; you are free to add the amount that appeals to your taste.

6. You are now able to stir these ingredients thoroughly and once this is done you can drink the beverage quickly.
