"The Use Of Some Artificail Sweeteners Can Be Deadly"

My husband and I frequent health food stores and back in 2003, I received a flyer form the health food store, warning about artificial sweeteners and MSG. At that particular time I was using equal and NutraSweet, to cut back on sugar because of the type 2 diabetes. I thought it was safe, imagine my shock after reading what the health food store industry had to say about 99 % of the sweeteners, that are used every day. By using these artificial sweeteners, we think we're helping ourselves, when in actuality, we maybe hurting or killing ourselves. This information prompted me to do a research on the Internet. To find out what I could dig up on the artificial sweeteners that we use on daily basic. I thought I wanted to know the truth about these sweeteners, but I was blown away and amazed at what I actually found out. The food and drug administration is our worse enemy, because they approve things that is toxic and unhealthy for use in our bodies. One of the sweeteners had been tested and turned down, but this person knew president Reagan, and he had it approved for consumption; with a president like that, who needs enemies.

It's all about the almighty dollar, that's why the food and drug administration is in bed with the doctors, they want to make money at any cost, even innocent lives. The food and drug Administration has approved many harmful and deadly artificial sweeteners to be on the grocery shelves, because of greed. I read the listing for these sweeteners that's harmful and toxic to us and can possibly cause tumors and cancer .I was very angry about what I found out about these sweeteners, even the ones that I was using. The names of the sweeteners in question is: Equal, NutraSweet, Acesulfame k, aspartame,Sucrose, and even Sweet and Low which has saccharin in it. This one really agitated me because it suppose to had been banned years ago; when they found out that it caused cancers in rats. I found out it's still on the shelves, they are even using it in cough medication, even in the children's cough medication, which means we're giving our children poison. I would advise the mothers to start checking out the ingredients in our children medication; in order to keep them safe. The Tussins and liquid allergy medication tend to have the saccharin it, please check to be sure.

It's very unfortunate for us that the dollar bill means more to the doctors and the food and Drug Administration, then the health of the American people and their lives. The sweeteners, Nutrasweet, Equal, and Aspartame suppose to cause tumors and brain cancers; these sweetener also causes the body to gain and retain their weight. My research on artificial sweeteners became a living nightmare. To be safe I even did a search on Splenda; thinking it was better, I was wrong again, it's just a harmful and toxic as the others. what I did find that was a positive was some sweeteners that more healthy for us and our bodies. The names of the more healthier sweeteners are Stevia, Xylitol,Sun crystal, Susta, Truvia, and Susta, all of these have Stevie in them except for xylitol, but at least they are safe and healthy. The doctors and the Food and Drug Administration would like to keep us in the dark and keep feeding us these toxic chemicals that may destroy us one day. Crystal Lite is among the toxic products and they also have the generic brand if you can't pay for the higher price poison. That got one you can afford, these are also contaminated with one or more of these artificial sweeteners. After my research on artificial sweetener, I threw all of them away and now, I use Sun Crystal and natural sugar in moderation, it's safer.

I was once hired to take care of a 39 year old mother of three children, who had contracted pancreatic cancer, and she was terminally ill, my heart hurt so badly for her, her children and husband. There wasn't anything else the doctor could do; so they sent her home to die and I was there to make life as easy as I could for her and her family.I cooked dinner for her family and kept their mothers spirits up. One day her youngest son was looking for something in the pantry and knock over a container filled to the gill with the little pink packs of Sweet and Low, after seeing the packages, I thought that this might be the reason why she has cancer; I took the container to her and lift it up to her and told her that this maybe the reason for your cancer. she told me to get rid of it right away, I also found much more sweet and low and I got rid of it but it appeared that the damage had already be done. She died at 39 years old and left her three children without a mother, I was with them until I married the husband off about seven months later. Now, whose to say that the Sweet and low did or didn't give her cancer, would you want to take a chance on your life that the sweetener didn't have anything to do with her getting cancer and dying. I wouldn't want to bet my life on it and neither should you. MSG is another toxic ingredient that we should stay away from.

Here is a list of names of toxic sweeteners and list of healthy sweetener alternatives.

Bad Artificial Sweeteners: Equal, NutraSweet, Aspartame Sweet and Low, Splenda, Acesulfame K.

Here' a list of Healthy Sweeteners: Stevia, xylitol, Sun Crystal, Truvia, Susta.

I'm sure their might be more good and healthy ones out there, these are some that I use.

If you check you ingredient when you shop, you will know the good ones and bad ones. Please don't fall for the lite products, because you can bet that they have one or more of these toxic sweetener in them.
