Peppermint Tea Has Many Health Benefits

A nice warm cup of peppermint tea after a meal can have many health benefits.

The ingredients found in Peppermint tea will stop the growth of certain bacteria, and It will aid in digestion. It's minty flavor will cut down on halitosis giving you nice fresh breath, as well as fighting gingivitis. The oil found in it's leaves can also be good for your skin. It is also said to sooth mild asthma, help in stress management, prevent the common cold, and clear the sinuses. In many countries peppermint tea it is used to treat illnesses such as irritable bowl syndrome, diareaha, nausea, headaches, and vomiting.

Personal Testimonial

I can attest to the effectiveness of peppermint tea. A family member who had a nasty case of irritable bowl syndrome found solace in a cup of peppermint tea one day after trying almost everything to no avail.   3. Add Honey and/or milk to taste
  4. Sit chair or couch and enjoy. Best if served with a warm fuzzy blanket, a book (or good movie) and a purring kitty.
