Get lots of high quality rest!

Gain Beauty Naturally!

We’d all like to be beautiful, and the beauty industry knows that and keeps us jumping to buy product after product to attain that goal. Don’t be fooled! The fact of the matter is, true beauty is cheap or free. By taking good care of yourself choosing wisely in your every day life, you will attain beauty naturally. Here are some simple, easy free beauty tips to help you be beautiful naturally!

Choose to hoof it for short trips!

A fifteen minute walk every day will help you stay fit and get you a healthy amount of sunshine for great color and a positive outlook. If you are just doing errands close to your home or office, walk or ride your bicycle (or your equine if you're lucky enough to have one!) to get a little natural exercise and a good dose of healthy sunshine!

Get a little sunshine every day! On the one hand, we know now that it’s not good to bake ourselves in the sun, but don’t go too far in the other direction! Get a moderate amount of sun during times of day when the sun is not too hot and punishing. We need a little sun exposure, and 15 minutes a day is not too much.

Increase your endorphin levels with good laughs, good sex and chocolate!

Be sure to enjoy yourself to stimulate the production of feel-good hormones. Watch funny movies, enjoy your sex life, and treat yourself to a little pure, dark chocolate from time-to-time. There’s no point in living if you can’t enjoy yourself, so indulge!

Enjoy lots of fresh fruits and veggies to improve your immune system and stay healthy.

When you eat a balanced, healthy, whole-foods diet, you won’t get colds, allergies and other little illnesses so often. Be sure to add foods that are rich in resveratrol, such a grapes, for a heart healthy boost.

Save money, the planet and your looks and health by drinking lots of pure water.

Buy yourself an inexpensive filtration pitcher to make your own perfectly filtered water every time at pennies a gallon (as opposed to the higher-than-gas prices charged for rubbish bottled water). Carry a reusable bottle of filtered water with you wherever you go and make water your drink of choice. You’ll soon see the difference in your appearance and feel the difference in your health and well-being.

Get plenty of rest!

Get a good night’s sleep every night and even take a little cat nap in the afternoon if you can. A well-rested body has a strong immune system, lots of energy and a general air of strength and attractiveness. Of course, getting plenty of sleep will also help you fight bags under your eyes and tired appearance.

Make beautiful choices!

It’s easy to see that the smartest natural beauty choice is the choice to stay healthy and follow a regular, holistic natural beauty routine. Take care of your beauty from the inside out, and use the money you save on beauty products to have fun and improve your own life rather than supporting the overrated health and beauty industry.
