Keeping good health doesn't require a scientists brain so that you can go for a good analysis, it needs only commonsense. If you want to be healthy and fit simply understand your body and fuel you put for your body, the Food. some of the basic techniques that can help us keep our body healthy and fit.
1.Develop a good habit of eating:
Never break the basic thumb rule of three meals a day, it is much essential for your body to be filled with energy three times a day. Also there is nothing wrong in taking snacks when you feel hungry or when you feel your body needs extra energy.When you are taking food you should make one thing very clear take foods from different food groups. Your body needs everything grains, protein, fruits, vegetables, fats, carbohydrate, to keep itself healthy so avoiding one thing or sticking to something will eventually spoil your health rather than keep it fit. Its always better to balance your food. when you feel full it is better to stop eating.
2.Do not fast or skip meals
The very recent researches had shown that eating three meals and supporting with snacks when you feel hungry is the best way to keep good health and better fitness. When you skip meals hoping to lose weight or for something else you are not riding on the correct path but you are really risking your health.Because you are more likely to choose foods that are not as healthy when you skip meals or fast and there is a chance that your intake also will go up due to over hungry. keep something with you preferably healthy foods so that at time of hunger you may not go to some unhealthy foods.
3.Throw away the wrong notion of dieting will help you lose weight.
Almost 90 percent of people go on dieting to-lose weight, but instead of losing weight they may land up in big trouble of totally spoiling the natural health order, there is a chance they may end up in putting weight sometimes, they may develop eating disorder, fatigue, weakness, and most of all their fitness.So never ever think that dieting will help you to lose weight, you will not lose weight but you will lose your health instead.
4.Keep a correct order:
If you feel you are eating excess than what you require, there are few things that you need to look into and correct, When you are eating do not involve in any other activity, like watching tv, talking with your friends, reading books etc, because when you do you will not be concentrating on your food and likely you may over eat. Listen to your body eat when you are hungry and never hesitate to stop immediately when you feel full.This will always help your body to be healthy in a balanced way and stay energised.
Before taking any food ask your self these simple questions,
Am I eating because i am hungry?
or because I am stressed or bored ?
these two questions will certainly help you in a very great way, try it.
Always keep a habit of eating fiber rich food, like grains, cereals, vegetables, and fruits.
