Tony horton's 10 minute trainer is a great way to start. They have a system to get your heart pumping and your muscles working in just 10 minutes. The great thing is if you have more time on your hands you can increase your workout time by doing other 10 minute workout segments. With the 10 minute trainer you can actually make your 10 minute workout 30 minutes if you do 3 of the workouts. As time goes by you can either increase your workout intensity or decrease it, its up to you.
That's a great aspect of the 10 minute workout. If you find your busy schedule is full you can stick with doing just 10 minutes a day.
