Virgin Coconut Oil Is AWESOME!

Updated on April 20, 2012

If you never heard of virgin coconut oil, someone needs to shake you! In the US there are so many cures for things that we know little about because the pharmacy needs to make their money off of YOU! They make synthetic, deadly poisons and call them medicine. WAKE UP! I am going to list 7 reason why you need coconut oil in your life! They are true, really real results you can get from this wonderful tropical fruits oil!

1.) Cancer - VCO (virgin coconut oil) has been documented to both CURE and prevent all kinds of different cancers. Canola, soy and other vegetable oils actual act like a cancer giver. The body does not process these oils because they are poisonous. Instead it will store them any way possible, or try its hardest to get rid of it. This not only causes weight gain but stresses out the entire body . The pH balance of the body is thrown off and that sets the stage for cancer!

2.) Pain - If you have any kind of pain in the body, simply rub it on the area, take one tablespoon internally and watch the pain disappear with in one hour.

3.) Sun Block - The sunblock they sell not only ages you, it puts all kinds of chemicals on your skin that can mutate in the sun's heat. VCO is the best. natural sun block there is!

4.) Tanning - If you want a nice deep tan without risking skin cancer, aging or burns, HELLO! VIRGIN COCONUT OIL!

5.) Skin - VCO naturally treats most forms of acne, skin dryness and even redness. It also acts as a natural anti-aging oil! When applied to the skin and taken internally, your skin will look radiant, young, smooth and GLOW!

6.) Hair - This stuff is awesome for a hair tonic and actually helps regrow hair, adds strength and helps hair grow faster!

7.) Weigh loss - Want to lose weight? Replace all your cooking oils with coconut oil and watch it happen! VCO is not stored as fat and actually revs up the metabolism!

That's only a few things this stuff can do! I recommend using organic virgin coconut oil. Also, if you have a sensitive digestive system, work your way up to a dose. You want to take around 3-5 tablespoons daily. I noticed, when taking it straight I get pretty nauseous and like I have to go to the bathroom. The body needs to adjust to it. You may get stomach upsets. This is because it is a natural anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-virus agent. If you have any in your body then you getting sick is a sign the body is killing the stuff off! It's a good thing!
