Charlie’s Angels began as a TV is 1975, with the original angels as Kate Jackson, Farrah Fawcett-Majors, and Jaclyn Smith. After Farrah left, Cheryl Ladd, Shelley Hack and Tanya Roberts became part of the angels.
Charlie's Angels (2000) and Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle (2003) were spun off the TV show with Cameron Diaz, Lucy Lui and Drew Barrymore as the angels.

How Cameron Diaz Stays Fit
Cameron Diaz swears by the Lunch Box Diet. She also claims to have a fast metabolism and a passion for high energy sports. She has never had a weight problem, but now that she is in her late thirties, she claims to have to watch what she eats.
What exactly is the Lunch Box Diet? It is basically a grazing diet. Cameron eats six small meals a day. Grazing all day rather than eating three large meals speeds up your body’s metabolic rate and in turn you burn calories more efficiently. It also balances your blood sugar levels which reduces cravings for sugary snacks.
Another tip from Diaz is to make sure the meals are all low carb. Here is a sample day of grazing for her Lunch Box Diet.
Meal 1 - Breakfast:
Garlic rice, eggs, lemon and either chicken or beef.
Protein shake with water
Meal 3 – Lunch:
Salad and lean chicken or beef
Fruits and nuts
Meal 5 – Dinner:
Egg white omelet with herbs, tomato, onion, mushrooms

How Lucy Lui Stays Fit
Lucy Lui is another grazer. Both Lui and Diaz exercise with Pilates. Lucy spends 30 to 40 minutes a day, walking on a Treadmill. Though exercising outdoors is preferred. Lucy also likes to jog, and has done cardio striptease.
What is cardio striptease?
Cardio Striptease is a low-impact aerobic workout. It has gotten its name because it is choreographed with actual strip club moves.
This exercise giving the body an overall workout with slow, sensual movements associated with the local strip club moves. This cardio striptease developed by Jeff Costna; which he calls the "Circles of Movement" training techniques of allowing the body to engage all the core muscles, while moving in patterns that are natural and easy-to-do for people of all ages and all fitness levels.

How Drew Barrymore Stays Fit
Unlike Diaz and Lui, Drew Barrymore struggled with her weight problems at an early age. Drew was a vegan for years, but now eats meat. She has also adopted the small meals throughout the day plan. She follows a low calorie diet and a low carb diet. As a treat she will allows herself a little low-fat snack now and then.
Drew's exercise routine involves the StairMaster, Pilate classes and jogging, 3 to 4 times a week and jogs regularly. Drew also incorporates dancing and swimming into her routine.
