The most important rule in weight loss is to not give up.

In my medical practice getting people to stop smoking and to stop drinking were two of the hardest things to accomplish.  But it was achievable. Because we did not give up.  No matter how often my patient "fell off the wagon" I was the friend helping them get back onto their "bike " and always encouraging them  to try again.

We tried every tool, We always succeeded. We did not give up.
