August 12th, Wednesday, 2009. Day eleven (11). Just like that the income streams came to life and the monetary pressure started to ease. I walked 1/4 of a mile. I consumed 2400 Calories. Surprise surprise my troubles start to ease away.

Chapter One of Dr.Phil's book - "The Ultimate Weight Loss Solution". It is 20 pages long. It contains "the seven keys to weight loss freedom" (1) Self Esteem and Self Control. (2) Emotional Control (3) External Control (4) Habit Control (5) Food Control (6) Body Control (7) Social Control. I finished the first chapter and I have reviewed the 12th chapter. More to come.
