Weight Lost 2!

This is my second day on this weight loss regimen. I consumed 2200 Calories and walked 1/4 of a mile. August 4, 2009 was a very tough day for me to do well on my diet.

Another good diet book is authored by Dr. Dean Ornish. His books are geared to diet reversal of heart disease. His primary goal is eliminate 95% of the fat in your diet. His results are amazing.
