Weight Lost 3!


Today was an excellent day for exercise and keeping my caloric intake between 1500-2400 Calories.

I walked one mile. I consumed 1800 Calories. I worked in the spice and herb gardens pruning, weeding, weed wacking, using herbicides judiciously.

I requested "The T-Factor 2000 Diet" book by Martin Katahn with Jamie Pope: this book is treasure of information when you need to know the calories of the food you consume.

I also requested "Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution" by Dr. Robert Atkins: this book will be a very good read.

Thats awesome! ur on the right track! keep wit it! u ever see the show Cook Yourself Thin. Great recipes on low cal meals. U can check them out online jusyt search it.
