4. Avoid fried food as they contain too much fat, here you can use other cooking methods like poaching which are low fat cooking method, other methods to use while cooking include steaming, roasting, grilling etc
5. Always when buying drinking milk like yoghurt ensure that you buy a low fat or plain yoghurt which are free from sugar, this will enable you to get fewer calories good for losing weight
6. When serving boiled egg for your diet, one should make sure that the yolks is not serve, white egg are highly recommended and should be consumed as many as possible because they contained low calorie
7. When serving fish ensure that you serve little darker fish, they are known to be having to much fat content, here white fish is recommended
8. Serve as many white poultry meat more than dark meat, dark poultry meat are source of high fat content
9. When cooking meat place the meat chicken, beef, pork, on the freezer for about 30 minutes to help remove excessive fat. Doing this enables fats to become firm and slices off easily
