What Consistent Benefits After Two Months on The Miracle Vegetable Soup

This article is a sequel to the first article on the miracle vegetable soup. I wouldn't say that there were so many unanswered questions regarding the miracle vegetable soup that I have to write this article. I had already experienced tremendous energy from it and no longer feel the fatigue in the afternoon or early evening. I am already able to wear a ring that I couldn't wear for 11 years.

Now, I want to capture my observations at my second month of drinking this soup so that I can look back at my progress in the future. Indeed, I truly mean progress. If you don't know the recipe, you can find it in the first article. Also, the first article goes through all of the health properties of each ingredient.

I figured that I am constantly informing everyone I know about this soup and how it has improved my life. The only people who haven't known about the latest health benefits are those who have read the first article. Thus, I have been inspired to write this second article on the miracle vegetable soup.

No More Sinus Drip and Congestion

After my friend told me that he has had no congestion since he started taking the soup, I also noticed the same. I am allergic to everything and pretty much wake up with clogged sinuses upon waking up. However, this most recent time, I took the vegetables left from straining the stock and cooked with them other vegetables, such as canned bamboo and home grown cabbage, and quinoa and some leftover ground beef, since I didn't want to waste an opportunity to have an abundance of vegetables, albeit boiled for 2 hours where some nutrition has gone to into the stock, like ancient medicinal brewing of liquids to drink. When I forget to drink the stock first thing in the morning, I noticed that eating my third spoonful of my "porridge," I can start to breathe. And by the time, I reached my office at 7 A.M., my sinus has completely dried as if I never had allergies to begin with. Typically, for most of my adult life, I lived with constant congestion and running nose daily despite taking allergy medication. In the last decade, I have also been on asthma medication. Yet, since drinking the miracle vegetable soup and eating the vegetables for two months, I have been able to keep my sinus completely dry. I am not tired during the day battling cold-like symptoms. But most importantly, food tastes better than ever. Prior to adding this soup into my diet, I had a problem with the taste of all of my food and constantly had to add salt and spices. Even when I sneeze, I still have to blow my nose but then my sinus returns to a dry state. Also, my sinus pressure headaches are gone.

The bottomline is that the property of food is so important. Both daikons and burdock roots have anti-inflammatory properties. I believe that I have given my sinus a break for a lifetime of battling congestion and sinus infections.

Improved Skin Condition

The other interesting feeling from the miracle vegetable soup is the feeling of tingling like camphor on your skin. I can feel this in my sinus, on my skin, and even in my tear ducts. Initially, this seems strange, but then after my research on this sensation, I discovered that this was the feeling of improved circulation. The circulation is important because some skin problem prevents proper circulation to the very area that needs it.

In one problem area where the dermatologist used excessive chemical freeze and burned a bump that arose from irritated in-grown hair, I could not reduce the inflammation and constant weeping. It was totally discouraging because I spent so much money on doctor's visits and different treatments that the doctor thought might work. However, none of it worked. A couple of months ago, the doctor said that she is willing to return to a prior treatment that hadn't work. I personally wouldn't want to repeat a treatment that did not work when there is absolutely no difference in circumstances between the prior application and a future application.

However, once I started drinking the soup, I noticed that my trouble skin area was less inflamed and less weepy. The inflamed scar was terribly dried and scaly on the surface but terribly swollen underneath. Now, it is beginning to look like regular new skin. Now that I feel the tingling, I think about my circulation.

Reduction of Bloating

As I have mentioned earlier, it was a great surprise to be able to fit into a wedding ring that I couldn't wear for 11 years. However, it was interesting to discover my shoes being a lot looser. I also can see a smaller tummy as well. I stepped on the my WII Fit, and I learned that I lost 7 pounds.

My friend whom I have mentioned before also felt that his shoes are now bigger. He was having pain in his legs, and that disappeared.

What Miraculous Turnaround

In some ways, I feel that I am on a healthy roller coaster and can't leave. You have heard of being on an unhealthy roller coaster. Well, this is the opposite roller coaster. Since the vegetables and the stock are so healthful, it is very difficult for me to eat "junk food" any more. I have added raisin and sunflower seeds as snacks.

It is truly miraculous that a soup can change my life. I wish that I had known about this soup while I was in college. I truly hope that these two articles inspire you to try it, even though a number of the ingredients you will have to go to Asian markets to find. I am on this regiment for life because the benefits outweigh the effort to make it and ingest it. I invite you to comment on your experience once you start drinking the miracle vegetable soup.

I absolutely LOVED this hub! And I'm new to this website so I hadn't read the first hub on the soup and had to go back and read that too...I also study natural healing/living and have since 1977 and often write about juicing and other areas of natural healing...I absolutely DO BELIEVE that our bodies have the ability to heal themselves if we give our body..the nutrients it needs to do just that....I'll be reading some of your other hubs as soon as I can....Good Work!!!!!!!

Thanks, teaches12345. If there is any modern marvel, this must be it. Good-bye boxes of tissues in my life and constantly asking my children for facial massages.

Thekatydid, I never thought that vegetables could have such direct impact. I thought that in this life, I was going to suffer congestion for life, particularly winters, like this was my curse in life. Yet, when I tell my colleagues who looked tired and constantly complain about tiredness, they do nothing about it. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink. Thanks for your comment.

Rajan Jolly, if people knew about this soup, allergy medicine manufacturers would see profits drop. I wake up without stuffy nose. And when I do, it stops after 3 mouthfuls of the vegetables that I eat for breakfast. Thanks for visiting.

Can you clarify how much of the soup you eat? Do you only eat the soup, or just some each day? And what else do you eat as well as the soup?

TinaAtHome, I drink roughly 2 cups per day. I keep them in cleaned spaghetti sauce jars. I need the broth in the afternoon for energy. I eat regularly. I take the vegetables and add seasoning, making a Japanese curry one week and hot and sour soup the other week. What I have done is pour it over white or brown rice or wheat noodles. I don't mind eating the same thing for breakfast and lunch, and for dinner I eat whatever my family wants to eat. A lot of people cannot do what I do because some people cannot eat the same meal two days in a row. However, I find that if it is delicious and healthful and easy, why not.

My goal is to be completely trim by August or September when I have my next checkup. However, I am very pleased with minimizing cold symptoms when everyone around me have suffered weeks of flu-like symptoms, gaining great energy, reducing allergy symptoms, reucing asthma symptoms, and improving my skin care. Thanks for asking.
